We had fun playing with some new thermotolerant yeast for this Hazy Pale. A malt bill loaded with flaked jumbo oats and wheat was used to provide a base for Kiwi newcomers Superdelic and Nectaron. The beer was then fermented warm before being dry hopped to amp up the aroma, giving us a beer that's fruit forward and zipping with hops.

440ml can. Hazy golden, white head. Aroma has a sort of grapey vinous note about it, rather than the peaches and tropical fruits I was expecting from the hops. Taste is more or less the same, vinous, grape, I did get some peach too, grapefruit, tropical fruits, a citrusy twang. Light-medium bodied. Solid pale.
