Draught @ Taphouse, Lavendelstræde 15, Copenhagen, Denmark 1462. [ As NKB Kohatu Kotahi ].Light unclear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, straw, pale malt, sweet malt, light caramel. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, ale malt, straw, hay, sweet tea. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180311] 6-3-6-3-12

Fiskåbanen 100618. Golden-yellow color with a white head. Aroma is fruit, malt, hop, grapefruit, sugar, pine, grass. OK beer.

Can shared with JMD at HNB 20.06.18. Cloudy dark straw colour. Diminishing head and some lacing. Aroma of overripe pineapple, lychee, papaya and marmalade. Taste is slightly sour, and with lychee, papaya, marmalade and hint cinnamon.

0,33 boks fra Gulating Stavanger, delt med bryggerimester Ovesen mens vi brygger Fjordsteamøl nr.1: uklar lys gylden med ok skum. Litt emmen, ufrisk aroma og smak av overmodne citrusfrukter og mild furunål. Slank, nærmest vandig i avslutningen.

From tap. Pours cloudy yellow. Small white head. Aroma is mild fruity. Grainy, slight grassy. Tiasted. Bitter and slight straw. Dry and slight herbal finish.

Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen - Golden orange pour with white head. Sweet fruity and malty with notes of lemon and grapefruit, light to medium body, pine, light spruce, grassy hoppy bitter finish.
