440ml can drank alongside the hazy version. Clear golden, massive white head. Aroma of gooseberry, grape, white wine, citrus peel. Taste is very vinous, gooseberry, white wine, grape, citrus fruit. Medium bodied. They've executed this style well I think; less bitter than a westie, and juicier more like a NEIPA. Still more west leaning I think but it's really nice. That said, I think the hazy version worked better here. I do wonder why certain brewers are calling Mountain IPAs Bright IPA now though. This is already a incredibly niche IPA substyle being further diluted with other names. A bit weird.
