Magnifico is a happy little hop, floating around in this happy little beer. Amarillo, Equanot, and Citra hops that bobbed around in our koelship for a while. Cheers!

440ml can at 3.4% this year (2024), hops are Amarillo, Ekuanot and Citra so they've got rid of the Euro hops not sure this is enough to warrant a new entry. Hazy golden, white head. Aroma of tropical fruits and lightly candied/bubblegum citrus. Taste of zesty citrus, pine, grapefruit, mango, grassy, bitter. Medium bodied. Nice little pale.

Can at home, from HOTM online, 11/05/24. Hazed orange to golden with a good sized lasting white head. Nose is orange zest, grass, lemon rind, light floral notes, pine nip. Taste comprises grass, papaya, mandarin, light chalky minerals, tangerine. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with light juicy come grassy hop bitterness. Solid session gear.

Can at Ebenezers, Crewe (22/9/23). Pours an almost murky golden yellow with a small foamy white head and good lacing. There’s stone fruits and tangerine in the aroma. In the mouth it stats off sweet with a creamy texture before becoming slightly bitter with flavours of peaches, yeast, floral hops and hints of bubblegum. Finish is slightly fruity. This is rather nice.

Can picked up at the brewery. Also many pours in the tap room. Hazed glowing pale orange gold. Dense white foam settles to a creamy lasting swirl. Lovely aroma of crisp lime and lemon. Ripened orange flesh. Some fresh cut peach. Hit of pink grapefruit. Clean mineraly backdrop. Taste is crisp pithy bitterness verging on mineraly and dry. Holds its own on the palate and drinks as easy as a 3.6er should. Clean grapefruit juice like finish. Brewed at the request of a SMOD regular whose daughter wanted an easy drinking pale to have at their wedding party, and it turns out one of SMODs best hoppy beers yet. Stellar stuff.
