A rice lager made with Odd Colony from Pensacola, Florida. Something a little different, this rice lager was co-fermented with lager yeast and sake kasu from The Sparkling Sake Brewery in Little Downham before lagering for eight weeks.
The beer has notes of citrus and rice and has a light bitterness, it is spritzy, super dry and refreshing.

Might as well have been called Molto Wet as my clumsy fingers managed to tip most of it over on the way to the bog 😅. Light citrus & apricot aromas. Zesty citrusy taste. Light & refreshing.

440ml can. Clear pale yellow, huge frothy white head. Aroma of citrus, lemon, bready malts, light floral. Taste is citrusy, lemon, some definite sake flavour there, slightly floral, light sweet bready malt, light bitter, very dry finish.
