Here we've translated the texture and aroma of our IPA range down to 0.5%, tweaking the recipe as our knowledge & processes evolve. With layers of Citra & Mosaic that burst with citrus & pine it's effortlessly refreshing & delightfully smooth.

Draught keg at the Rook Taproom, Brighton. Very light gold with a slight haze. A small layer of whitish head and decent lacing. Not a lot of aroma unfortunately. Some grainy notes and hints of fruit, possibly lemon and pear. Taste is much improved: sweet with notes of tropical hops, leading to a gentle bitterness. Light body with medium to heavy carbonation. All in all, it is excellent for a low alcohol beer.

440ml can. Hazy golden orange, thin white head. Aroma of sweet citrus and tropical fruits. Taste is slightly sweet, lemon and lime, pale bready malts, tropical fruit, drying finish so it doesn't feel too sweet. Good body for AF, not watery. Impressive.

Can at home picked up from Left Handed Giant. A clear golden yellow coloured pour with a decnt white froth. Aroma is sharp zesty lemon, bergamot, sicillian lemon, clean bready grains. Flavour is composed of light bready grains, stale grains, lemon rind, mineral, lime, limeade. Palate is semi sweet, mineral, fine carbonation, little thin. Pretty good.
