Instead of the usual pickle peppers, anchovies, and olives, we’ve threaded Mosaic, Cashmere, Citra, and Ekuanot hops into this IPA.
This Gilda is a hoppy delight with flavors of peach, cantaloupe, red fruits, and a refreshing, slightly bitter citrus finish. It features a blend of malts with barley, oats, and wheat, giving it a smooth mouth feeling.

Tap at La Binouze, Paris, 1st February 24. 3rd Beer Trip of the year so far. Pours a hazy orange. Aroma is oranges and citrus. Taste is clean and tropical, with citrus. Not bad, a little on the sweet side
