Following in the footsteps of our brewers’ favourite Times Ten. Times Eleven is a Helles-style lager brewed 121 days before our anniversary, allowing generous time in tank for pristine conditioning. Floral and tangerine aromas come from the German hops, perfectly balancing with the traditional breads malt character.

Aroma is nutty cereal, wet cit grass, gren hop, fennel, Flavour is composed of semi sweet, nutty cereal grains, grassy hop, little stewed grass, spicy green hop metter. Lingering toasted nutty malts. Palate is semi sweet, nutty, little thin, some mineral in the finish. semi crisp. Not bad.

Can at home in Hackney - sourced from HOTM. Pours pale yellow-gold, clear, with a fizzy and fading white head. Light to medium sweet flavour with notes of sugary grains, cereal, straw, a little yeast. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Sweet finish, more cereal, doughy white bread. So so.

440ml can. Clear golden, white head. Aroma of pale bready malts, grains. Taste is slightly sweet, pale malts, bready, grainy, grassy hop. It's fine but pretty basic for Siren. Last year's was better.

Can next door, from an online peddler, 19/04/24. Golden blonde topped with a white head. Nose is pale malts, cereals, grains, touch of honey. Taste comprises cereals, sweet edged, bready, straw, grains. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close Disappointing... Siren normally put together a decent lager ... this came over sweet, flabby and disjointed. Didn't finish it.
