American Amber Ale, collaboration with Fast Fashion, Seattle, WA, USA.

A more hop forward version of a traditional Amber Ale, with a smooth caramel malt presence backed by an assertive bitterness. We get sweet caramel, burnt toffee, bitter orange and dark fruits

Keg at the Track Taproom 2.0, Manchester, 26/01/24. Deep amber verging on mahogany brown topped with a lasting beige cap. Nose is dried fruit rinds, dusty hops, sticky orange, pine nip, biscuit malts. Taste comprises fruit loaf, caramel, earthy, leafy, toasted malts. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with dusty hop bitterness. Solid for the style.

Can at home, 17th February 24. Pours a very dark brown, I expected more a red brown. Aroma is caramel and malts, bright citrus and marmalade. Taste is caramel and roasted malts, marmalade, floral and citrus hops. Great stuff

440ml can. Pours an incredibly dark amber, almost black when the glass is full, big beige head. Aroma of toffee/caramel malts, pine, dark berry fruits and citrus peel. Taste of sweet caramel/toffee, some bitter pine and citrus peel, dark fruits, bittersweet finish. Medium bodied. Other than the extremely dark appearance this is spot on for an American Amber.
