For Cold Coast, we took our Stoop base and added a pretty heavy-handed 10g/L double dry hop of Citra, Centennial, Chinook, Cascade, and Amarillo.
Lager, with, (Moar) hops
So you have the crisp refreshing lager experience with a spicy kick of West Coast hops. Now when you think about that. It does sound quite nice right?
This beer tastes like, “Yeah can I get another one of those please mate?”
Hops: Citra, Centennial, Chinook, Cascade, Amarillo

Can at home, 17th April 2024. Pours a straw yellow and clear, nice head. Aroma is hoppy, grass, light resin. Taste is bitter, aromatic, straw and grass, weedy, bitter finish. It’s a very NA beer.

440ml can. Almost clear golden, white head. Aroma of ripe citrus fruits, orange, pine. Taste of citrus fruits, orange, grapefruit, a little pine, some tropical fruits, sweet-ish bready malts, finishing with a little bitterness, ever so slightly metallic which is disappointing. An otherwise very decent NA lager, but a step down from their usual quality.

Can from Westhill Service Station. It pours ever so slightly hazy pale straw yellow with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is fresh, juicy, bright, weedy, dank, pine needles, tropical fruits, lychee, pineapple, mango, orange chewits and citrus. The taste is crispy, dry, snappy, pleasing bitterness which lingers, green, weedy, dank, pine needles, pithy, zesty, grapefruit, lime, pomelo, floury bread and cracker with a drying finish. Light body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Flavourful and crushable. Really well done.
