Tap at brewery bar @ Winter Wonderland, Hyde Park. Hazy golden colour, white foamy head leaving lacing and aroma of malt, grain, grassy. Taste is malty, grainy, fruity with grassy bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry earthy grassy bitter finish. Quite OK

Draught @ German Kraft Brewery - Mercato Metropolitino, 42 Newington Causeway, Elephant & Castle, Greater London, England SE1 6DR. [ As German Kraft Heidi Blonde ].Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, pale malt, fruity malt light to moderate hoppy, grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, pale malt, grain, fruity hops, grass. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Keg at the brewery. Doughy earthy aroma. Hazy pale gold. Thick foamy head. Very light bitter with some umami. Thin. Watery. Soft carbonation. Abrupt finish. Slips down very well despite being somewhat lightweight.

Keg at the brewery. It pours hazy blonde with a big foamy white head. The aroma is fresh, white bread, bit of sponge cake, cereal, cracker and grass The taste is crisp, dry, clean, doughy white bread, straw, some grass, minerals, touch of spice and cereal. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. I totally agree with Leighton, this is some impressive stuff. Well rounded, quenching and tasty.

Keg tab the brewery. Pours clear yellow-gold, effervescent, with a lasting, foamy white head. Nice aroma, biscuits, dough, light hay. Light sweet flavour, crisp and clean, some dry cereal, mild bitter straw. Light bodied with active carbonation. Nicely balanced finish, more crispy biscuits, faint grass, straw. Solid.
