12 April 2025. At ‘t Taphuys, Tilburg. Cheers to mom, dad & Anke!
Dried banana, ripe red apple, bubblebum, candy. Sweet banana, cherry & bubblegum. Soft floral hops, cherry, biscuit. Medium body, fluffy texture, soft carbonation. Bit too simplistic, needs some polishing.

Bottled 09.24. Pours a deep ruby brown body and a beige frothy head that instantly disappears. Aroma's: your usual banana and clove, some sweetness and sweet fruit. Retronasal follows this with just a slight hint of sourness and funk. Flavour is light moderate sweet with hints of bitter. Light medium bodied. Just light bitterness in the finish.

330ml bottle. Hazy, dark amber colour with small to average, frothy, fading, off-white head. Sweet-ish, wheaty malty and yeasty fruity, minimally yeasty spicy aroma, notes of banana, baked banana, honey, a touch of clove. Taste is minimally tart-ish, yeasty spicy and wheaty malty, minimally yeasty fruity, notes of clove, a touch of black pepper, brine, banana. Watery texture, minimally dry and astringent palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Okay nose, overall a bit weird, maybe some hints of infection - not really convincing.

0.33 l bottle from 'Bierloods22', bottled in September 2024. Very hazy, dark reddish brown with a medium large, frothy, quickly diminishing, off-white head. Sweetish-malty, gently yeasty-spicy and slightly fruity aroma of overripe banana, cocoa, clove and some raisins. Quite sweet, malty, moderately bitter, gently yeasty-spicy and slightly fruity taste of cocoa, overripe banana, toasted nuts, raisins and some clove, followed by a short, moderately bitter finish. Medium to full body, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice, even if a little fizzy for the style. Not too yeasty, quite sweet, fairly complex though. A pleasure.
