Cask (handpump) @ #MBCF17, [ Manchester Beer & Cider Festival 2017 ], Manchester Central Convention Complex, Windmill St, Petersfield, Manchester, Great Manchester, England M2 3GX. [ As Wylam 004 Palisade ].Clear medium yellow orange colour with a average, frothy and open, good to fair lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, fruity hops, pale malt, sweet malt, citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20170120] 7-3-7-3-14

Cask at Cloisters. Pours clear golden with a thick white head. Aromas of light lemon and toffee. Taste is light sweet, biscuit and caramel. Bit watery.

Cask at the bat... . Golden copper.. Big white head.. Soft sweet toffee fruit nose.. Dry creamy fruit.. Soft sweet toffee fruit. Juicy fruits

Cask at the hanging bat. Pours golden orange, nose is grassy, herbal, toffee, taste is similar, light fruit.

Draught at Manchester Beer Festival. Very light & peppery. Tart but sweeter on the back. Easy drinking - but not the best from Wylam
