Cask (gravity) @ #MBCF17, [ Manchester Beer & Cider Festival 2017 ], Manchester Central Convention Complex, Windmill St, Petersfield, Manchester, Great Manchester, England M2 3GX. [ As Vocation Chop & Change Red - Simcoe ].Clear medium amber colour with a average, frothy and open, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate hoppy, grass, citrus, grapefruit, woody hops. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, caramel, grass, citrus, hoppy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Cask at the Bootlegger, 03/03/17. Reddish amber with a decent light beige head. Nose is bread dough, light red berries, pine, caramel, citric tinged straw. Taste comprises blood orange, earthy hops, light floral notes, grapefruit, pine, toasted bread, caramel. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying close peppered with earthy hop bitterness. Solid happy amber.

Cask @ Victorian Craft Beer Cafe, Halifax. Clear copper with a creamy head. Has a very light berry-fruit sweetness and a decent sipping texture.
