Clear bright ruby, short-lived pink head. The aroma is sharp lacto, only slightly funky and doughy, notes of fresh raspberries and strawberries. Taste: moderate to strong lactic a acidity, some berry seed nuttiness, mild fruit skin astringency and subtle unsweet fresh fruit. A well-done more or less clean fruited sour.

330 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 5.6%. Bright red colour, moderate to small pinkish off-white head. Sweetish aroma of red berries. The flavour is mid between dry and sweet, and moderately sour. Notes of sour red berries and lactic acid.
