Bottle 500ml. @ home. [ As Vestfyen Vesterhavs Stout ].Clear dark dark brown colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, dark malt, roasted, cardboard. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, cardboard, dark malt, sweet malt, licorice notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20181127] 6-3-6-3-11

50 cl bottle. Pours dark brown to black. Small brown head. Aroma is roasted dark malty. Toasted, dark malty. Bitter. Slight herbal. Dry and roasted finish.

Bottle. Pours hazy very dark brown with airy tan head. Clear aroma of malt, with some estery touches and hints of caramel. Sweetish flavour of caramel malt, with roasty hints and notes of yeast. Estsry and slightly roasty aftertaste. A little too sweet for my liking but not bad as such.

Bottle, 5.7%. Weak raw liquorice aroma. Black colour. Stable creamy light brown head. The flavour is roasted, mildly sweet and slightly salty. A little thin mouthfeel, but has a good flavour.

50cl bottle from a trade with fonefan, thanks! A dark brown/black beer with a huge good lasting tan head. Aroma of mild roasted dark malt, chocolate. Taste of chocolate, liquorice, dark red fruits, caramel.

Bottle @ Home. Pours very dark brown with a creamy light brown head. Aroma of sweet roasted malt, caramel, brown sugar, little licorice, chocolate. Flavor is sweet, malt, grain, brown sugar, little licorice. Medium body, average carbonation, sweet finish. 240917

Bottle. Black, thick beige froth. Roasted aroma, light fruity notes and a little dark chocolate. Sweetish flavour, roasted malt, some licorice, some dried fruit. Decent.
