Eine bernsteinfarbene Weißbier- Spezialität aus der ehemals Königlich-Bayerischen Posthalterei zu Nesselwang. Unser Weizen überzeugt durch eine vollmundige Mischung aus würzigen und fruchtigen Noten. Die Zutaten sind Weizen-, Pilsener-, Münchner-Malz und Tettnang Tettnanger Hopfen.

500ml bottle from Noz. Pours completely opaque amber, definitely not filtered. Aroma of soft yeast, light banana. Pleasant weissbier to taste.. not overly bananery, moderate flavour profile, a touch creamy. There are more flavoursome weissbiers around but I didn't mind this.

Appearance: Cloudy orange with a large off-white frothy head of good retention. Aroma and taste: banana, candy, some nail polish, bread, some hop & clove. Light sweet and bitter. Mouth feel: Medium minus body, lively carbonation. Overall: pretty unusual.

Getrunken als „Brau-Manufactur Allgaeu Bayrisch Weisse“. Kräftig hellorange, sehr trübe Farbe – das sieht schon mal gut aus. Gekochte Früchte und fruchtiger Sekt in der Nase. Geschmacklich ähnlich, wobei der Sekt nur noch in Nuancen mitreinspielt. Interessante Aromatik / Würzigkeit von Antrunk bis Mittelteil - subtil, aber ausschlaggebend. Ein Hauch zu viel Säure, besonders im Endteil. Hier wird das Bier außerdem etwas dünn (die „gerade“ mal 4,9 % Alk deuteten das schon an). Trotzdem – wirklich nicht uninteressant. Macht durchaus Spaß.

Bottle 500ml. @ home. [ As Brau-Manufactur Allgäu Nesselwanger Weizen ].Hazy medium orange yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, sweetmalt, light bread, moderate yeasty, sweet yeast, weizen yeast, fruity yeast, light banana, light dough, light clove. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, fruity yeast, banana, weizen yeast, clove, light yeast - phenol - esters. Body is medium, texture is creamy - watery, carbonation is soft. Hell hefig-herber Beginn bei eher geringer Intensität. Säuerlich bittere Noten im Mittelteil, moderat würzig, Kurzer, mild bitter-säuerlicher Nachhall. 7/6/7/7/6/7

50cl bottle. Pours slightly hazy orange golden colour with a small beige head. Aroma of phenolic esters, clove, wheat. Taste of clove, wheat, yeast, some banana, nothing special.

04-08-16 / 300ml on tap at the brewpub. Amber-golden colour with solid off-white head. Strong yeast in the nose. Wheat malt strong in taste paired with some banana and clove. Smooth palate. Bit to watery.

(bottle) Hazy, amber colour with a firm and thick, slightly off-white foamy head. Mildly yeast-spicy wheaty aroma with fruity notes of bananas, shades of bready malt and caramel, accompanied by hints of cloves and vanilla. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter-tart flavour, light to medium bodied with a modest, slightly creamy carbonation. Present wheat character with lighter notes of bready malt and caramel, just a tinge of banana, herbal hoppy and slightly clovy spice from the middle part; mildly sweet and slightly hop bitter finish.
