Bottle 330ml. @ home. [ As BrygBrygBryg Cinnamon Kiss Barrel Aged ].ABV: 8.0%. Clear medium red amber colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate yeasty, belgium yeast, candy, sweet yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, caramel, belgium yeast, candy, sweet malt, light spicy, light vanilla - coriander - cinnamon, oak notes. Indkøbt hos Vin de Table på Nørrebro, en 0,33 flaske (nr. 642/655), produceret hos Hoppe.beer, afnydt i leligheden 12.11.18: brunsvart med ok skum. Mørk og syrlig, let rødvinsvinøs aroma og smag med mørk kandis, melkechokolade, overmodne røde bær, krydderier som hvid peber, nellike, kanel og mild koriander. Dertil et hint af billig rødvin. Et godt nok akkompagnement til Carl Nielsens 4. symfoni på radioen, fremføred af DR Symfoniorkester.
