Draught@SOPP Helsinki 2024. Golden colour with a mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is pine, some spruce shoots, mild biscuity and sweet caramel malts with fruits, wood and some floral tones. Flavour is biscuit and caramel malts with some floral, fruity and wooden bitterness with a nice freshness to it. Old school nice IPA!

Tap at SOPP Turku. Amber colour, medium-sized white head and lace. Odd piney-fruity mix in the nose. Medium-bodied. Nice bitterness, piney hops, underlying fruityness. Bitterness level is good, otherwise restless.

(Keg at SOPP Helsinki 2024) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had pine, resin and biscuits. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were pine, resin, biscuits, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy and bitter. A very hoppy brew. Almost like travelling 15 years back in time.

Smell of hops, spruce. Hazy orange colour, white head. Aroma of hops, spruce, dried fruit. Malt in background. Soft carbon. Bitter, lightly sweet.
