(Bottle, 0.33 l, at Anderson's Taproom, Tartu, 20240629) The mead poured golden and hazy. Aroma had apples, honey and cinnamon. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, honey, apples, cinnamon and light tartness. Aftertaste had apples and cinnamon. Tasty.

Tap at TCBW 2024. Pours opaque & misty clear with no head. Aroma: sweet, honey, cinnamon, spices, Calvados barrel, apple pie. Taste: moderate sweet, follows the aroma.

TCBW2024. Hazy golden colour with basically no head. Aroma is honey, cinnamon, some calvados and mild apple pie to it. Flavour is very similar to the aroma. Smooth.
