Tasting at Peters, Ystad, Sweden (25/11/2023) - new 🇫🇮 brewery ✅ tart sour notes of herbal and floral accents, nettles, grass; light to medium body and acidity, herbal finish.

375ml bottle. Poured almost clear golden. Funky with berry notes, sourness and tartness. Nice.

Draught @ SOPP Tampere 2023 Aroma has earthy tones, Cantillon-like grapefruit. Flavour has grapefruit, earthy notes, mild sourness. Surprisingly good and clean; of course it is not Cantillon but taken the conditions this is pretty decent.

Smell of raw berries. Golden colour, white head. Aroma of raw berries, sour yeast. Wild carbon. Sour. Too sour.

Tap at SOPP2022, Tampere. Color is slightly cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Some fruits, some funky yeast, some sourness, dryness...easy.
