Hoppy Rabbit is an IPA with clean citrus flavours and an abundance of hoppiness. Brewed using two types of malt and a medley of international hops to create a gentle body. To give it a real citrusy punch I am dry hopped with a combination of New World hops.
Drink me nicely chilled on a warm summer day, perhaps with your pals over a BBQ.

Can from Systembolaget beställningssortiment. Hazy light amber with a white head. Grass, some apricot, light herbs and mild hops. Light body and not that bitter. A boring one.

Can 33 cl. Gushes when opened. Golden with a slight haze and a rich and dense, lacing white head with good retention. Subtle aroma - it's either perfumy or strangely chemical. Medium body, OMG now I get what the nose was suggesting: heavy, massive and totally destructive phenols turn this into an undrinkable, chemical mess with a brutal bitterness. Another failed beer from this brewer unfortunately. 151220

[ As The Uncharted Hoppy Rabbit ].Unclear medium red orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, caramel, moderate hoppy, orange, fruity hops, floral, vegetables. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, vegetables, floral, pale malt, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180309] 6-3-6-3-11

Draught at KØ18. Fruity aroma, hint of burnt plastic. Cloudy golden colour. Good stable white head. The flavour is sweetish and slightly spicy with a mild coriander note.
