Huge thanks to Erzengel for sharing! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass dark brown, small head. Intense roasty-malty aroma. Starts strong malty, roasty, woody. Earthy notes as well. Not as alcohic as other barrel aged beers from the brewery. Finish warming-malty, well balanced. Nice one!

A clear reddish brown beer with a white head. Aroma of strong dark malt, raisins and some wood. Taste of bourbon, caramel, vanilla, strong dark malt, warming finish.

Draft at Gulpener Brouwlokaal. Didn't take notes, just enjoyed good beers and good company. What I do remember: Raisins, dark fruit, Whisky, Bourbon towards and at the finish mostly. Medium to over medium body, bit thin but nice.

Tap at Indewildeman, 22nd May 24. Pours a chestnut brown. It’s malty, sweet, vanilla and bourbon. Not so balanced, Ok

33cl bottle at tasting. Poured dark brown in color. Raisins, marmalady sweet and bit boozy with light whisky notes as well. Alcohol showing a bit.

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ van Rooij, Culemborg. Dark brown with an off-white head. Massive raisin, red fruit and whiskey aroma. Sweet taste with a sweet finish. Maybe a tad too sweet but very satisfying nontheless.
