Relatively clear and ever so slightly hazy copper and bronze coloured body with a pure orange tint and a very small off-white head that fades very quickly and leaves almost nothing left on top. Aroma of soured and tart fruits with some brett and lactobilly funk noticeable along with a soft caster sugar sweetness and ending with a good dose of passionfruit, hibiscus, melons and yes, guava. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong tart and slightly soured fruit flavours dominate with some guava, passionfruit, papaya and even orange tastes come through with some light but noticeable malts and a dash of body from the melons and guava with some acidic and vinegar notes towards the end. Aftertaste shows the sour, tart, fruit and especially dry flavours that have a great deal of complexity along with a nice soft real fruit flavour that shows melons, passionfruit and yes, guava. Overall, a nice and crisp, very tart and soured fruit-based beer with some soft sweetness, but very complex finish which shows well, especially for the guava that is used here - a lot of flavour comes out of just that small fruit. I sampled this twelve ounce can, purchased from Total Wine in San Antonio (The Forum, Selma), Texas on 14-October-2019 for US$2,99 sampled at my house here in Washington, just about one year after purchase on 17-September-2020.

355 ml can, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger ABV is 6.3%. Hazy yellow colour, small white head of poor retention. Aroma of lactic acid and guava. Very sour flavour, loads of lactic acid (too much for me) and guava. One-dimensional. Not my cup of tea.

can in hotel room Orlando feb 2020.. orange amber.. almost no lacing... soft sweet sharp assume guava but more passion fruit with something a little odd nose... soft sharp tart.. big acetic fruit... long sharp tart fruits.. but nice big fruity finish

Slightly hazy copper-gold color with a medium white head that recedes steadily to a film. Strings of lace. Aroma of funky wheat, fruit and malt. Light to medium body with flavors of guava, mildly funky Brett, wheat and doughy malt. The finish is funky with a guava and citrus aftertaste. Above average overall.
