Czech Seed. We brewed this stronger lager in collaboration with the brewers from the Danish brewery Bad Seed Brewing. We are friends with similar tastes in beer and a shared passion for lager, so we truly enjoyed the process. The recipe follows well-established traditions and methods. We used Czech ingredients and chose a double-mash brewing technique, which resulted in a balanced and flavorful lager. The fuller body, subtle bitterness, and longer aftertaste highlight the delicate hop aroma of Czech varieties Country, Bohemia, and Saaz Comfort, which impart a mild bitterness and a unique citrusy note. The alcohol content is 6.7%.

500ml Can - Light amber with a foamy head. Malt, grain and some hints of orange and grass in the aroma. Relatively hoppy taste with notes of bread, grain, orange and herbs.

Crisp, sweetish and bready malty with some grassy and herbal hops, spicy hay, earthiness and mild bitterness. Sweet and malty, but quite hoppy Czech pils. A bit heavy body, not quite as crushable as the lighter ones.

Dark golden colour with medium white head.Aroma is mild of biscuits and bread nice malty and good taste of hops really fresh and crispy taste really well balanced and smooth one of the best pilsner I have tasted.

Can @ Delaneys, Odense. Pours cloudy Dark Golden with a frothy White head. Malty Bready and stingy grassy hops. Smooth and oily. Bitter finish.
