Czech Seed. We brewed this stronger lager in collaboration with the brewers from the Danish brewery Bad Seed Brewing. We are friends with similar tastes in beer and a shared passion for lager, so we truly enjoyed the process. The recipe follows well-established traditions and methods. We used Czech ingredients and chose a double-mash brewing technique, which resulted in a balanced and flavorful lager. The fuller body, subtle bitterness, and longer aftertaste highlight the delicate hop aroma of Czech varieties Country, Bohemia, and Saaz Comfort, which impart a mild bitterness and a unique citrusy note. The alcohol content is 6.7%.
