Aus der Flasche im 2023-05 getrunken. Dieser dunkle Traum eines Stouts wird von deutlichen Schokoladen Aromen dominiert, die durch eine süße Karamellnote abgerundet werden. Der Alkohol ist perfekt eingebunden. Ein ist nur nicht perfekt gewählt - der Name. Hier kommt bei mir keine Assoziation mit Tiramisù auf sowie auch der Fassausbau im Whiskey nicht deutlich wird. Dazu kommt das das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis nicht gut ist und andere Brauerein solche erstklassigen Stout zum Glück zu anderen Preisen anbietet.

A small taste on tap @ TCBW 2023. Pours very dark brown with a low tan head. Aroma is sweet roasted malts with chocolate and coffee. Flavor is sweet roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, alcohol, hops. Very nice.

Tap. Black color with beige head. Aroma is tiramisu, coffee, cream, cocoa. Taste is big coffee and cocoa, great aromas at play here. Oily mouthfeel, not too thick, low carbonation. Mild booze burn in the back. I like!
