AROMA: medium fruity aroma (orange, apple) with a slight floral note. medium-low sour and sweet neutral background. APPEARANCE: dark-pink to light reddish amber and clear. medium-low light pink head with medium-low retention. TASTE: initial medium fruity-sweet flavor (apple, orange, slight pomegranate). medium-low neutral sour background balancing the sweetness. medium-low to low bitterness. finishes semi-sweet that evolves into semi-dry and slight sour. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low body with medium-low carbonation. OVERALL: an interesting combination of sour and fruit in good balance.
