A collaboration with our friends from Stavanger, Norway. And with collaborations, we prefer not to spotlight ourselves, but our friends. Because, yes, they truly make awesome beer. And now, we’ve joined forces to brew a banger of a beer!

‘It’s not us, it’s you’ is a New England Double IPA brewed with a great mix of Idaho-7, Galaxy, Simcoe, Simcoe Cryo, Vic Secret. Idaho-7 gives notes of stonefruits and subtle pine, while Galaxy provides more tropical characteristics such as mango and passionfruit. Simcoe & Simcoe Cryo layers subtle notes of citrus and pine on top and Vic Secret rounds it off with notes of tropical fruits such as pineapple, guava and a resinous finish.

From tap at Marktzicht, Amersfoort. A bit sweet with fruity hop, orange, tropical fruit, mango, touch of pine and grapefruit. Medium bittersweetish taste, bit sugary but nice.

Troebel donkergeel bier met schuim. Smaak is bitterzoet en fruitig met iets van grapefruit, wat tropisch fruit en wat hars. OK.

(Draught at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam, 16 July 2024) Hazy golden colour with lasting, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with apricots, grapefruit and tropical fruit. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of citrus, grapefruit, apricots, pineapple, resin and a generous citric/resiny bitterness. Almost full body, with a certain sweetness. Rich and tasty, but a bit sharp and slightly boozy. Quite nice.

Drsught@Koht, Tallinn. Yellowish golden colour with a medium white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, yeasty and some mild wooden ones. Flavour 8s floral, fruity and mild yeasty tones.
