Bottle shared. Bit of a gusher. Hazy golden. Crisp apple, quite mineral, light funk, apricot, dry leathery tannins, soft alcohol. Light sweet and bitter. Medium bodied, very dry, light boozy finish. Not bad, but fermented a bit too far for my taste.

75cl bottle @ La Binouze, Paris. Pours a bright gold, moderate effervescence. Soothing nose, clean medium apple fruit coming through well. Nicely mellow apple fruit to taste, gently sweet, harmonious flavour profile, dry close, lovely mellow sipper.

Bottle. Hazy orange-golden color with white head. Aroma is very dusty apples, leather, good barn, but not dirty. Taste is again dusty apples, leather, green apples too, dry af. Boner than bone dry finish, mild carbonation. Excellent, if you like the extreme dryness.
