On tap at Agrotaberna, pours a clear amber with a small white head. Aroma has some coriander, light Belgian yeast, and subtle citrusy hops. Flavour is much the same, with mostly fermented out agave, coriander, estery Belgian yeast, and subtle citrusy hops. A bit clumsy and too estery, but reasonably constructed.

Xilomen, bottle: pours gold with white head. Aroma is spices like coriander, citrus and something like agave. Taste is spicy, citrusy and nice sweetnes. Good.

Bottle. Amber beer with a dark cream head. Spice and yeast aroma with agave. Agave and spice flavor with yeast. Medium bodied. Agave and spice linger with yeast.

Bottle from Total Wine in Folsom, CA. Pours golden amber with a large creamy white head. Citrus and floral for aroma with some mildly roasty wheat support. Med body. Dry for an agave thing. Coriander, orange zest and floral for flavor. One of the nicer agave things I've had. Not normally a fan, but this one is decent.

Bottle. Hazy gold, off-white head. Wheat, yeast, citrus, coriander, floral notes. Finish is sweet.

Pours murky bile into a tumbler. Off-white micro head with excellent retention recede to coat surface. Sweet caramel and wheat aromas. Medium bodied with hot candied orange peel and earthy sugar cane front to back. Lasting sweet, cloying wheat finish.

Spot on for style, and very well done all around. Light coriander and sone florals. Pours hazy golden with good head and lacing. Light sweet finish. Tap at brewpub.
