Pretty hazy golden and straw coloured body with a fairly thick, three to four centimetre tall off-white, microfoamed head that fades about average, but caps the beer nicely. Aroma of grass, hay, flowers, light honey and a touch of softer citrus fruits, like tangerines, kumquats and some sweeter lime notes. Medium to Full-bodied; Super strong lactose notes show at first, with a strong creaminess noticeable, along with a light fruity candy punch, some mellow tropically fruit notes and a sliver of dryness picked up right at the end. Aftertaste is balanced nicely, but instead of hop bitterness, the malts barely support all the sweetness here, mainly the lactose, but also the honey and soft fruits notes and while there is some dryness here, the sugars, fruit and wheat notes are stronger. Overall, a pretty nice beer that is creamy, citrusey and slightly dry that gets fairly chewy and deep in malts, despite the alcohol content being low, but the sugars all help this go down easier. Nice to try after just being in New York last week, and good, especially if you like creamsicles and/or lactose in your IPAs. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Whole Foods in New York (Bryant Park, 42nd St), New York on 15-January-2022 for US$5,99, canned on 29-July-2021 and sampled at my house here in Washington on 23-April-2022.

Can from Tavour. Pours hazy, sorta grapefruit juice color with a large foamy white head. Aroma is very fruity, fairly tropical. Citrus, green melon, mango, pine. Kind of burns the delicate tissues. Approaching full bodied. Malt? I guess. Otherwise mango, orange, pine, green melon. Reasonably towards dry for a juicy thing. Very nicely, and smoothly, bitter. It's way complex. Wish I could parse it down to the nines. Good drink.

Can. Pours a hazy light yellow with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a combination of citrus and pine with a hint of resin and a touch of light tropical fruits. Flavor has a little more pine and citrus rind with some sweet citrus and light resin underlying.

Can, from the brewery. Pours extremely hazy dull yellow with foamy light beige head, unripe mango-orange peel aroma, adequate carbonation, bitter unripe mango-citrus peel taste, somewhat thick body, long finish. Good NEIPA.
