Fairly hazy orange, copper and beautifully hazy pink guava-like coloured body with a fast-dying, fairly effervescent off-white and tan head that barely covers the top after a few seconds. Aroma of super soured and funky brett and lactobilly notes with a lot of berries, lemon and dry hay noticeable - but this seemingly is all about the spontaneously fermenting yeasts. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong dry, grassy and super herbal profile at first, with alot of the yeast, brett and funky lactobilly notes drawn out, but also a nice fruity, citrusey and berry-like flavour with both vanilla and lactose coming around the edges. Aftertaste shows a very nice and proper blend of soured, tart and very funky fruit notes with a slight bitterness, but not from any hops, but the dry and floral elements from some yeast. Overall, a nice beer, with a great profile and even better complexity and almost exactly what I expected when reading the label and despite my general 'problem' with the 'style', I feel like this has nothing to do with an IPA and is purely a 'soured/wild' beer, but it's a good one at that! I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Knightly Spirits in Orlando (Orange Blossom Trail), Florida on 13-February-2021 for US$7,59, canned on 18-June-2020, sampled at my house here in Washington on 25-February-2021.

Can from Bottles N Bins in Monterey, CA. Pours slightly hazy gold with a foamy white head that spritzed away. Aroma is lightly sour with peaches and citrus. Med body. Flavor is slightly sour with peaches, citrus, arguably strawberry. A touch of honey on my lips. Pretty dry. Sour tends of occlude the bitterness, but bitter is there. Actually rather mouth smacking. Excellent. Now some lavender shows up. Not much tho.
