I thought I did this one before, oh well. This is a cheap can from total wine. Pours like any other hazy IPA, pale and hazy, heheheh. Smell is that of a fresh pine cone. Has a big white rocky craggy head. Taste is like any other happy hoppy bullshit IPA out there. What else can be said? You want me to tell you its mouth coating and lacking in co2? Well, it is. Its also got the taste of a fresh rubber innertube mixed with very green bitter grapefruit peels. Leaves a lasting rude bitter sensation in the back of my throat. Yes, even quite astringent on the palate at times, quite a turn off but hey, IPA is a little too much for my girlie lager loven taste buds. There you have it. Nothing special, just like any other trillion terribly on style gahzillion IPA out there. Big deal.

backlog from 2019 - Hazy yellow-orange pour with a one finger white head. Citrus and tropical fruit aroma. The flavor is hoppy with tropical fruit and a heavy dose of bready, caramel malt. Very good.

Pour is typical hazy ipa with a average white head. Aroma is a decent peach and white grape hop. Flavor is more peach and grapefruit with a bit of sweet honey malt. Finish is more fruity hop with a big sweetness. Not going to wow the average haze bro but this was a decent beer that was a bit on the sweeter side.

Can from Corti Bros. Pours hazy, slightly dirty, gold with a decent foamy white head. Aroma is very mixed tropical, but I think citrus zest and mango can be parsed. Med body, almost more. Flavor is odd. Besides all the tropical fruits, I'm starting with something like graham flour. Fruits are citrus zest, mango and green melon. It's a good flavor combo, but I remain disturbed by the graham flour thing. It all works together tho. I'd certainly do it again.

A hazed golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with loads of resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, very nice and complex. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity caramel malt with herbaceous resinous hops, light mineral notes, light tropical fruits, very nice. On tap at Waikiki location.
