Very hazy orange - gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light malts, modestly sweet. Spicy orange and a little tangerine. Tangy minerally mildly bitter finish. Touch of mango. Dry spicy finish. Not bad at all but I do deeply mourn for Mosaic, this once magnificent hop has most of it's character mass grown away. What a very great shame.

Bottle at home in London - picked up at Clapton Craft. Pours cloudy orange-gold with a small, creamy white head. Pithy citrus aroma, peel, flinty minerals. Light sweet flavour with lots of flinty dryness, some grass, tangerine peel, pine needles, minerals. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with light piney resin, more flinty minerality, pithy grapefruit, rindy tangerine. Drinkable, but really just a little off balanced.
