Grapefruit Sour IPA. Big hops come to the front, powered by Citra and Mosaic followed by a raging grapefruit waterfall sensation. Both tart and dry!

Keg at Castle Tap, Reading. Low key citrus aroma. Hazy medium gold. Thin bubbly white head. Sour with a sweet citrus grapefruit edge. Gains in sweetness. Mesium bodied. Slick. Flat carbonation. Astringent finish. Alright but it gets cloying once the sweetness comes through.

33cl can from the brewery. An amber pour with a loose white head; sour fruity aroma with some citrus; a pleasant floral caramel malt body, with a sharp grapefruit overlay, but more of a steady trickle than the advertised waterfall; then some spicy warmth to the dry finish. Very palatable and easy drinking.
