Cask at Queens Hotel, Gosport. Pours mid amber brown with a beige cap. Malty aroma, with caramel and dark berries. Taste: light sweet and light to moderate bitter, nutty malts, caramel, hedgerow fruits. Little sour note. Light to medium body with soft carbonation

Cask at Queens Hotel, Gosport. Aroma is malty with a distinct berry sourness. Opaque dark brown. Bubbly off-white head. The sourness is the initial impression. Dark berries. Followed by sweet malts. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Flat carbonation. Long astringent finish. Decent enough but at the end of the day it's another boring twiggy offering.
