Panda at home, thanks to SHIG, 07/04/22. Moderately hazed golden orange with an off white cap that stays for the show. Nose is fresh tropical fruits, orange pith, grapefruit, melon, mandarin, light hop spice. Taste comprises bitter orange, grass, pine needle, lemon zest, grapefruit, papaya, mango kiss. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with balanced lightly resinous hop bitterness. Decent DIPA.

Can ordered from the brewery. Aroma is sweet and citrusy with a resinous edge. Hazy pale orange. Thin creamy white head. Initial boozy resinous bitter hit. Citrus and stone fruit is also in the mix providing a sweet element. Medium bodied. Slick with a touch of oil. Flat carbonation. Long finish. A tad astringent. Enjoyable boozy DIPA.
