Foaming white head on a finely carbonated amber coloured body. Malt & spiced aroma. Medium bodied, foamy & clean. Bitter / Sweet stone fruit, herbal, spices, floral & lightly hopped tastes with a big peppered fruity finish. Tastes like a Rye beer - Nice.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from Tian Tian. Pours clear yellow-gold with a fast-receding foamy white head. Lightly sweet with notes of pale grains, pine needles, dried citrus peel, a lick of grass. Light bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with notes of lightly sun-kissed pale grains, dirty hay, more dried citrus peel. So so overall.

Bottle from Asian Oriental Supermarket, Farnborough. Lively stuff - I have to grab a cloth. Aroma had citrus, a yeasty streak and grainy floralness. Makes me think of a Wit. A light haze to the copper gold body. Thick foamy white head. Medium bitter. Citrus streak. Grainy. A rice as opposed to malt base? Light-medium bodied. Slick. Prickly fizzy carbonation. Long dry finish. This has been added as a Pale Lager but makes me think of a IPL. Refreshing and crisp after an unusual day of actually being in the office.
