Keg at Piwpaw Beer Heaven, Warsaw, 06/04/17. Hazed golden orange with a well presented off white cap. Nose is bitter orange, straw, melon, tangerine, grass. Taste comprises orange pith, toasted malts, grapefruit, bread dough, melon, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with balanced hop bitterness. Adequate IPA.

Draft. A hazy amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, fruits, and hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, fruits, and hops, leading to a bitter finish.

Centennial, Simcoe and Amarillo hops on this one. Clear amber beer, good cream colour head. Palate is smooth and fairly dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Smooth light malts, creamy sweet. Touch of diacetyl milky sweetness. Spicy pine and a little orange peel bitterness. Bitter lime. Semi dry bitter finish. Not toooo bad.

Keg at pwipaw. A hazed golden orange coloured pour with a lasting sticky white head. Aroma is loose leafy citrus hop, wet hop, plastic, little spicy citrus and hint of hot alcohol. Palate is little hop resin, moderate carbonation, grainy,. Flavour is composed of rough grains, cereal sticky orange rind, leafy citrus. Assertive rough round the edges. Little astingent.

Keg at Beer Heaven - Warsaw. Pours hazy orange with a creamy, white head. Nice piney hop aroma, some ripening orange, general citrus rind. Light-medium sweet flavour with aggressive grassy bitterness, some pale bread, oily pine, citrus peel. Medium to full bodied, lightly chewy, with fine to average carbonation. Resinous finish, lots of bitter grass and pine, orange rind. Too bitter, but otherwise nice.

TAP at PiwPaw. Grapefruit and chamomile nose. Chewy body, huge massive coating fresh resiny zesty bitterness. Very good.

Draught at Piw Paw, Feb 29, 2016. As a sample.Hazy straw color, white head. Hoppy, citrus, bitter, resin taste. Resin, bitter aftertaste. Medium to full, lowish CO2 mouthfeel; fairly high bitterness. Hoppy, resin scent.

Sample @ PiwPaw Beer Heaven, Warsaw. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are flowers, hops, citrus, malt and hops. Nice and bitter finish.
