BIAB at Peterborough Beer Festival 2022. Pours clear golden amber with a white cap. Aroma: stewed apple, light funk. Taste: moderate sweet, some tangy tartness, dry finish. Medium body with low carbonation. A lovely drop.

5/8/2022. From BIAB at GBBF 2022, day 4. Pours clear pale golden amber with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is sweet stewed apple, mucky, horse-blanket. Moderate sweetness, light bitterness and tartness. Medium body, very soft carbonation. Very dry and tannic finish. Enjoyed this.

BIAB at Station House, Durham. Hazy yellow gold colour, bubbly head and aroma of tart apple, muck, vinegary-like hint. Taste is sweet, slightly vegetal, ripe apple, with solventy notes and some funk, tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, sweet mellow solventy funk finish. Quite drinkable
