We added cherries to our already legendary Amber Kelderbier, making the beer tarter and dryer, and amplifying the cherry esters from the Brettanomyces Lambicus.

100mL pour at brewery. Pours slightly hazy red with pinkish head. Aroma has dry cherries, some wild yeast. Flavour has tart cherries, some pits, wild yeast, some esters; nice combination of fruity and wild flavour profiles. Fairly dry and tart. Solid.

Pale cherry colour. Thin head. Tart, lots of the balaton, bretty and tannic accents. Good body. Nice balance on this one.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy cherry red with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of deep tart cherries, cherry pith, some wild yeast, and some oak. Flavour is complex, with a deep, gently tart cherry character, some nice wild bugs, and a hint of oak. Really nice cherry character, with a gently wild, subtly tart finish. Excellent.

Cloudy red colour. Aroma of cherries, spicy yeast. I love the mouthfeel, it's highly carbonated, smooth, with mild Brett, mild vinous flavour, raspberries, dry and lightly astringent in the finish.

750ml shared with Farees on Alex's porch. Appearance: purple with a white head. Aroma: nice sweet cherries, a bit of Brett. Taste: along the same lines, lots of cherries, some funk. Overall: very nice.

Poured from 750mL bottle (bottled Aug 09, 2022). Cloudy bright salmon orange with small pinkish white head. Lots of really nice balaton cherry, gentle tartness, really nice.
