Dry-hopped with Cashmere, Amarillo and Citra, giving it notes of lemon and lime zest, melon, peach and orange peel, finishing with a crisp and refreshing bitterness.

Pale amber, vibrant colour, slight chill haze. Medium head. Sweet orange hops and light pine on the nose. Fairly bitter, nice bright citrus hops. Sweet kiss of pale malt, a touch of biscuity warmth. Balanced, clean, just classic IPA.

586 ml can. Pours a bright amber with light head. Aromas of bready malts, dank piney hops, and candied citrus. Flavors follow same with additional pineapple. Bitter finish. Clean. But I’d say old school West Coast IPA along the lines of Fat Tug. Smaller can would be nice…

Poured from 568mL can. Clear gold with white head. Lots of citrus and pine hops with a touch of biscuit malt. Quite good, especially for a local.

568mL can, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is potent, with lots of oily resinous hops, bold pine, and a touch of sweet biscuity malt. Flavour has a wonderful piney hop character, some oily resins, and just enough malt to back. This is really well-constructed and balanced. Excellent local WCIPA.
