Medium brown. Dark sour, with lots of blackberries, raspberries. That's basically it. Kind of simple. Meets expectations.

Poured from 473mL can (pkg 24/10/24). Dark purple-brown with small beige-y pink head. Raspberry and blackberry more on the nose, currants more on the taste, mild lacto, fairly simple and a bit thin bodied, but okay fruit quality. Decent.

5oz pour at The Magnet. Pours murky, dark purple with small off-white head. Aroma has leather, dark fruits. Flavour has leather, dark currants, tart blackberries. Meh.

On tap at The Magnet, pours a deep dark brown with a small light brown head. Aroma brings out plenty of pithy blackberries, a touch of leather, and light lacto. Flavour is fruity, with lots of currants, pithy berries, leather, and toasted malt. The lacto is much less pronounced than in Nectarous — the dark malts help this. Good stuff.

473 ml can. Pours a hazy red/brown with sort pink head. Aromas of earthy berries heavy on currants, plus wheaty malts. Flavors follow same with a bit of raspberry tartness. Dry and earthy. OK
