Bottle: Poured a yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of tart notes with some funky easter and some vinous notes with some funky notes. Taste is also a good mix of tart notes with some funky ester and some vinous notes with light honey notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Interesting saison/wild ale with a nice level of complexity.

750mL bottle. Pours cloudy blonde with small white head. Aroma has Brett, dry wood, saison yeast. Flavour has lots of Brett funk, dry wood, spicy saison yeast; nice vinous character. Very nice.

750ml (thx, Josh!) @ Salesforce. Appearance: a bit hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: nice funk and farmhouse notes, some sweetness and fruitiness. Taste: along the same lines, nice carbonation, smooth, a bit fruity. Overall: very good, one the best things they've recently released IMHO.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy bright golden with a small white head. Aroma has a really nice, fragrant bugginess, rustic saison yeast, and a touch of oak. Flavour is buggy and complex, with lots of rustic saison yeast, lots of complex wild yeast, and a nice vinous grape skin character that goes well with the wild yeast. Wonderfully constructed. Fantastic.

Pale and slight haze. Thin head. There's a fair bit of brett on the nose, some pale malts. Moderate bitterness. Good balance, and a fairly big bretty finish. Off-dry. Quite good.
