12 oz can from Tavour. Cloudy golden pour, fizzy head, fine bubbles. Tart aroma, fruity, citrus. Taste follows with crisp, tart, fruity flavors favoring citrus. Light, funky yeasty notes throughout.

Aromas are malt, Brett, lemon. Flavors are similar to nose and mildly tart with a hint of fruity sweet in back. I have no idea what Myrtle smells or tastes like so I have also no idea if it's present or not or to what degree. Not bad for tart beer is all I can say.

Sage, juniper, clean funk. Huge flavor for such a little can. And can we just celebrate Fair Isle making their beer incredibly accessible?

100mL pour at Dageraad. Pours clear pale blonde with white head. Aroma has light biscuit malts and a slightly spicy grass character. Flavour has a predominantly herbal character with light biscuity malts and an earthy woodiness. Well-made, but something about this isn't really clicking for me.

Classic fair isle nose and front plus some fun floral notes. Almost like gin notes in a crisp more lemony way.

Haze, quite pale, the herbal notes are forthright and the clean gentle pale malt base with light brett serves as balance. Gets a little light and thin in the finish, moreso than is usual for Fair Isle.

750mL bottle sampled at Weathered 2023, pours a cloudy pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of wood tips, rustic saison yeast, and earthiness. Flavour is earthy and herbal, with lots of sticks, some herbal notes, and a touch of rustic notes. Not a huge fan of the myrica but it's decent.

Poured from 750mL bottle @ Weathered 2023. Hazy pale blonde with small white head. Earthy saison, hint of juniper and white pepper. The earthiness throws thing off kilter a touch in my opinion.
