Shakespeare Chocolate Oatmeal Stout is a full and silky body stout, dark chocolate in colour. The aroma is rich with caramel and organic chocolate. A very low spice and floral hop character make this stout complex and original.

473mL can. Pours black with nice beige head. Aroma has a very gentle roast malt. Flavour has roasted malt; a bit drawn out. Mouthfeel is moderately thick. Nice, but lacking distinct character.

A deep dark stout with a thick frothy lacing brown head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, a nice chocolate malt with dark fruits, light coffee, musty character, light mineral notes, very nice. On tap at Monks and Jonesie.

(Tap) clear, very dark brown colour with a small, brown head; aroma of chocolate, coffee; balanced flavour with a long, light bitter finish
