Pours very dark red to black. Scent is ful, intense cherry, milder on the BA. Taste is full, intense cherry, sweet, intense body. mild BA profile. Absolutely lovely.

Dark purple. Very floral, fruity, pine, vanilla. There’s something very resinous and dry in there, almost chillies as well. Solid sweet.

Clear dark purple mead, no head. Aroma: fruity, very strong, red wine, wood, very alcoholic. MF: no carbon, medium to full body. Taste: lots of alcohol, sugary, lots of honey, fruity, sugary, fruity, cherries. Aftertaste: sugary, vanilla touch, lots of cherries, very pleasant. Apparently stevnsbaer is a kind of cherry.
