This Bière de Coupage is a blend of wood-aged mixed fermentation golden ale and fresh dry-hopped beer. This blend developed into a refreshing, easy-drinking beer with light acidity and notes of stone fruit and citrus from the interplay between the generous dry-hop and our fruit-forward brett yeast blend.

Poured from the tap @ FH Abbotsford. Clear-ish dull yellow gold with small white head. Oak, mild brett, light citrus underlay. Okay.

Hazy, pale. Medium body. Light fruit. A bit yeasty but really nice barrel character here.

Bottle pour at Farmhouse Fest 2023, pours a cloudy bright yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out funky brett, farmhouse yeast, and a bit of garbage water. Flavour is full of funky brett, garbage water and some farmhouse yeast. A bit chaotic but well-made. Needs a bit of calibration, but pretty good overall.
