Ingredients: 40% Pilsner malt, 10% brown ale malt, and 50% Amber honey from mid-summer nectars. Bitter-gold hops in the in the boil and in the fermenter. Our special yeast adapted for malts and honey.
In this Braggot the lightly kilned malt is matched with the fruity summer nectars in which the blackberry is predominant. Mid-summer is the time of the year when the nectar flows are at their peak bringing the most complex and rich flavours to our Braggot.
The first impressions are distinctively fruity and floral, but these are quickly overpowered by the bitterness and complexity of the hops that pleasantly linger in the mouth asking for another next sip.

4oz pour at brewery. Pours murky rust with white head. Aroma has crusty malts, nuts, honey. Flavour has tart blackberry, granular honey, slight astringency on the finish. The tartness from the berries and the sweetness from the honey/malt seem conflicted.

On tap at Braggot, pours a hazy bright amber orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out caramel malt, bready malt, and honied floral notes. Flavour is mostly attenuated out, with bready malt, caramel malt, and some gentle honey. Dry, bready and honied. Pleasant.

Draft pour enjoyed at Braggot, North Van. Nice reddish orange pour, patchy head. Sweet honey and malt nose. Flavor has lots of sugary cereal malts, soft bubblegum linger. Smooth taste, extra cool finish. Lingering sweet palate. Unique and enjoyable.

Amber, hazy, bubbly head. Soft, some sugars, light fruitiness. Based on the Amber Stone but without the barrely complexity.

On tap. Pours a reddish amber with moderate head. Aromas of dark dry honey, and woolly toasted malts. Flavors of woody berries, dry honey and more hard to describe woolly malts. Different...
