Paleish...that colour is like a purplish salmon colour. The aroma has a good grape note to it, hinting at a wild yeast note and some malt base. Seems interesting. On the palate, this is quite wine-like, with a really good malt base. Nice carbonation that gives that beer mouthfeel with a soft, tasty wine. It's all coming together quite nicely here.

750mL bottle. Pours murky red-orange with minimal head. Aroma has musty grape, barnyard funk. Flavour has lots of funk, wine character, woody. Some tannic character, but pretty minimal. Mouthfeel has really high carbonation, complements the flavour profile well.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy dark amber orange with a tiny white head. Aroma is wonderfully fragrant, with a real nice blend of red wine grapes, wild yeast, gentle funk, and some musty tannins. Flavour is vibrant and complex, with a lot of red grape must, dusty grape skins, lots of wild yeast, and vibrant champagne-like effervescence. Aggressive carbonation, which works wonderfully with the grapes and bugs. An expert wine-beer hybrid.
